Notes:

Despite what the game says you can't play normal mode again after hard mode is unlocked: even clicking on normal mode still starts a hard mode game. Closing and reopening the game is the only way to play normal mode again.

Original Description:

Osama has come back to life as a powerful ghost and it is up to you to take him out (again). Dodge his magic blasts using the WASD keys and shoot at him with your gun by moving and clicking the mouse.
