No, I was just joking. Happy Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu Festival)! :dance:
...Although it wasn't a festival for celebration. It should be a festival which memorializes the commit suicide of the Chinese poet Qu Yuan...but things changes nowadays! ^^;
Plusle and Minun would of course be violating the rules if they really use a mini Rayquaza for a Dragon Boat race, of course! :D
