Okay, this is not what the entry said at all.
I had this plan for this huuuuge dress up thing for the 25th, but my plans kinda failed so in the end I didn't make it after all. So I needed another dress up to fill the quota for 25 days. One of the entries was a normal Utena dress up, but since I've had an Utena character creator on my to-do list for over a year I ended up making this instead.
