To accumulate hearts without being detected, you must click in "double time", on an ongoing tempo, at a speed similar to a mouse double-click (180-200ms).
The original .swf has been hacked to A) Remove dependencies to a now lost config.xml upon which the game's timing was dependent, hardcoding in it's place difficulty settings as faithful as possible to the original game, based off referenced 2008 playthrough footage, and B) Remove the forced browser redirect to atlus.co.jp on interacting with the "Click!" button upon level completion.
