Howdy Everypony! ^^
Here's the test animation for my upcoming "Pinkie Pie" short that I'm doing for my *2D Character I* class here at SCAD. This is in no way the final aesthetic look (that end result will look *exactly* like she does in the show) but this is the final timing and poses.
What I plan to do from here is rig a Pinkie Pie puppet in flash and pose it to match the animation from this rough test. That being said - I would **LOVE** a good critique from anyone who knows a thing or two about animation (or about how Pinkie Pie would act character-wise). If there are any mistakes in here, then I need to know about them before I move onto to the final stage.
This took me about 10 hours from start to finish - and I still plan to add more to it SFX-wise (confetti, sound, a surprise inside the present, Luna popping her head in at the end to giggle, etc.) so stay tuned! ^^
