GHOST - Disables collision and adds light transparency to player.
DOOM - Darkens overworld environment.

JESPER / SABOTAGE - Slows opponents to 75%.

HOTWIRE - Unlocks all vehicles, excluding Extreme Wheelie and Robot.
MICRO - Shrinks all vehicles.
SPAWN - Opens vehicle selection screen anywhere.
ICERINK - Allows for turning when still.
DEFLECT - Triples shield efficency.
CTRLALTDEL - Deactivates all gameplay affecting cheats.
HOOLOOVOO - Enables Test Mode.
