Original Description:
On an art block... So I decided to just sit at the computer and just make something Extremely random.
I've always wondered why Victini's tail looks like wings. So I decided to give him HM02 Fly.
I can see its super effective. ^^
As for the background and music, I had Cave Story in my head as well.
