Original Description:
This is villain I have been working on for a long time, trying to get everything right. I've taken into mind the feel of an old villain feel while making him modern.
I do have a story for him its a long one but I'm still working on it (I will update this later). This is an animate-able rig but... I'd rather that other people don't animate with him yet due to him not having a finished story and nothing to relate to.
He is my IP along with other things I have made around him, and I plan to draw and make him into something amazing!
