**62** people auditioned for a part. Many of you have never auditioned before, and I was honored that you had the courage to send an audition for the first time to me. Wow. If you did not get a part you should not be too discouraged: in fact, I'd advise you to try out for other projects if you like voice acting. Heck, in this case all of you auditioned without even knowing what you were auditioning for! You must be crazy. I like that.
I want to send personal thank-you's to everyone, but 54 is a lot. If you want feedback on your audition let me know. Some of you are on my list to contact in the future if I need different types of voices for something new.
I only had 8 parts to give out. This time around it's going to be:

You know my animations are ridiculous. Now you can be part of one. Audition deadline is April 12, 2013 at midnight EST. I will notify winners and post results to this same video.
In most cases I get the audio for the animation directly from your audition if you win, so good sound is key!

Slot 1 is the trickiest because you have to ad lib in line 2. You see something gross.
SLOT 1: You… you saved me.
SLOT 1: (prolonged gasp + complaining oh god it’s hideous (comedic exaggeration welcome))
SLOT 2: You seem familiar.
SLOT 3 : How does he do that?
SLOT 4: I have no idea.
SLOT 5: These glasses have no lenses. (tone: wonder, awe)
SLOT 6: I saw a strange pony by the forest.
SLOT 7: Eh, there’s nothing noteworthy about him.
For the main character I need a male voice that fits the action movie stereotype as much as possible. Basically, you need to sound badass.
MAIN CHAR: It’s what I do.
MAIN CHAR: Be careful hero. You don’t know what you’re getting into.
MAIN CHAR: You don’t know me. (responding to ‘you seem familiar’)
