Spongebob Squarepants is at the Bikini Bottom health clinic in this SpongeBob dentist game and you will see that he has some pretty bad teeth. His enthusiasm is over the top though as this is his first time at the dentist so you will surely have a great time with our underwater friend. He is really excited to get his teeth fixed up because now he will not complain about his toothaches and him and Patrick will go on so many adventures together, Spongebob having a great smile on his face will only add to the happiness.
