You're a stickman with a red cap, in the middle of an absurd reality world, that goes from Portal to Rick Astley's "Never gonna give you up". Choose options to make your life as thrilling as it can be without getting yourself killed.
Different options give you a different score that you can't see until you get one of the many endings, and you'll get a rank as well. With one specific ending, you'll get to see another flash gadget :D
