Yeah, this was all in random fun with Flash, rotoscoping over Sailor Venus' transformation from Sailor Moon. I take no credit in original animation, I just drew over the original frames. Frame. By. Tedious. Frame. ;)
10 FPS, 12 Seconds, 120 Frames, all that technical stuff :D
Background images taken from stock site, and I do not own the Sailor Moon Transformation song (although I wish I did at times...)
