The Death Jr Flaming TP Thrower Mini-Game Contest is a skill-based contest where the participants must play the Flaming TP Thrower Mini-Game and submit their high scores to the contest database. Prizes will be rewarded to the top ten qualifying scores at the end of the contest period (Dec 15, 2006). Each prize consists of one (1) copy of the Death Jr. II Root of Evil PSP portable entertainment system game signed by the Death Jr. development team (retail value $39.99). Specifics of prize package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion.
This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older as of Nov 8th 2006. Only one winner per household is allowed. Void where prohibited by Law. Konami and Backbone Entertainment employees and immediate family members, subsidiaries, and/or affiliates of said employees are ineligible to participate in this promotional giveaway. By entering the Contest, Players agree to be bound by these Official Rules, terms and conditions referenced in the rules. Players further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify an individual it finds to be tampering with the type, process, or operation of the game or password, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. If the Contest is cancelled for any reason, the Contest Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winners.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of game plays. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access that may result in alteration of game plays or game results. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or registration to be received by the Sponsor or Player on account of technical problems, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
