Something small I did out of free time and also based on the popular animated banner.

This old Rainbow Dash salute needs an animated flag behind it, and I animated it for you, and best of all, a music to get along with.

I bring you, the Soviet Union! And most importantly, I make her eyes to blink, it's not natural to have somepony just stay there staring all day.
