Actually i can't remember where i got the recipe from but i've been using it for years and it always turns out with really nice cupcakes that can stay moist forever for a long time lol.
Anyway this tutorial was designed so that you could bake these by having your laptop in the kitchen and following the instructions on the go :XD:
It even has a handful of fun interactive buttons (like a working timer on step 5 that you could use to time how long your cupcakes have been in the oven!...although i don't know if it is truly accurate :P)
Edit: Lick Bowl option should be fixed for realz this time :B
And yes i do reckon that the guys would listen to some kind of techno or trance or rock jumpy music whatever while they're doing something like this lol.
