The left-hand picture is what the finished puzzle should look like. If you'd like a different picture, click on the hands. When you're ready to start, click on Sam and the computer will jumble the pieces for you.
To solve the puzzle you have to swap the pieces around. Click on a piece to select it, and then click on another piece to swap them both. Keep doing this until the picture looks like it did before the pieces were jumbled up. Try to do this with as few clicks as you can.
