How Ms Hay came about discovering a formula to prevent hair loss is an interesting story: Ms Hay had a salon in Adelaide with many loyal clients; one in particular sort after Ms Hay for electrolysis of her upper lip frequently, "She wanted to fly me to Germany before her wedding to perform a session of electrolysis," stated Ms Hay.
Upon realising that Ms Hay had her diploma, her client asked her if she could attempt to come up with a solution to permanently remove hair. Ms Hay took this as a challenge, "I remember that was a long weekend as it was Easter and Good Friday. A friend and I took a ride to the countryside to find the herbs. We searched for hours but it was all in vain," reminisced Ms Hay. She said a prayer and threw her can of soda into a bush and discovered an herb, she took this as a sign. "I gathered as much of that herb as I could and prepared the formula," enlightened Ms Hay. She then went on to test it out on her client's upper lip. "My formula worked, it just had the adverse effect desired." Her client came storming in hissing at Ms Hay for causing abundance of hair growth on her upper lip. "I was in shock, I locked up my salon and went looking for volunteers for treating hair growth. I realised that my solution could help people with hair problem from around the world!" exclaimed Ms Hay.
It has been 27 years and Ms Hay is still treating people with hair loss, "I have witnessed thepsychological effect hair loss or damage has done to many people and I am glad that f have the solution to making them smile again."
