Notes:
Right click and click "Forward" twice to access the cheat menu: continue(press Z key after the first level to do so) and gold(Enables flying by pressing down arrow key)
(Continue option is broken as it sends you a specific level only. The gold cube is also given by completing the game, allowing access to some unreachable locations in certain levels)
