Establishment
In October 1999, a group of volunteers coalesced their efforts to serve the community by helping children – those who shape the future of the world. United Hearts Youth Foundation Limited was officially registered as a non-profit making organization on February 14, 2000 with an objective to provide the children in Hong Kong and in rural China with more learning opportunities and better school environment.

雁心會的由來
一九九九年十月，一群熱心公益服務的義工，集結眾人力量，以雁隊團結和齊心的精神，邁向共同目標，以兒童是未來社會棟樑為原則，貢獻社會，造福人群。雁心會樂幼基金於二零零零年二月十四日正式成立，為香港政府註冊非牟利慈善團體。旨在服務香港及中國落後山區的兒童，讓他們得到更多的學習機會，亦為他們建設更完善的學習環境。
