This is only the main page of the site, which was all the Internet Archive managed to preserve before the website shut down, and as a result, the .swf file tries to grab lots of assets that no longer exist, resulting in empty text boxes and the game hanging after opening the vault. The vault will also open with any combination which is most likely a result of the lack of data.
A downloadable version of the entire site existed at one point in the form of a Windows executable, but this also seems to have been lost to time.
