Original Description:
This is a prototype of a "virtual cell" which can be rotated in the viewport and investigated part-by-part. I have used layered objects and shader transparency to create a sense of volume for the semi-transparent cell, so that the user has a sense of both its front and back while rotating it. Note the ability to "capture" a snapshot of the cell to the thumbnail icon in the lower righthand corner.
