Notes:

Hacked to fix collision positions in the game. A hacked version of inlcude_movie.swf is also used to fix the score pending box by adding all the necessary text, so you should be able to pass the "Send Score" screen (which obviously no longer awards anything) and unlock the game's secret areas by replaying the game after viewing the Send Score screen twice.
