"A soundless, looping promotional Flash presentation for the Mighty Kids Meal at McDonald's. (For those unaware, that's a version of their traditional Happy Meal with a larger main course, targeted at older children who would find the regular version to be too small for their appetite.) This was made sometime in the early 2000s - no earlier than 2001, when the meal itself was first introduced."
