Hey, there's already a Scream 2 sequel? It's Scream "3," our killer new game, where the stars flee a homicidal maniac--you!
You know Scream 2, but did you know there's already another sequel in the can? It's E! Online's "Scream 3"--time for you to test your killer instincts.
The Plot: Sidney (always the survivor) is still in college and surrounded by our mythical cast of perky coeds--Kathie Lee Gifford as tabloid reporter Gale Weathers, Howard Stern as Deputy Dewey, Brad Pitt as Cotton Weary and Alicia Silverstone as Casey Becker.
The Game: You're the killer. (With a cast like that, aren't you glad?) After they run to hide in a sorority house, you throw hatchets at a grid until you've killed them all.
To Play: Just click on any square on the house (some of them blend into the molding, so look closely), the hatchet will hit that spot--if there's someone hiding behind it, the hatchet sticks; if not, it'll fall away.
Each character occupies four squares--but you don't know if they're standing up, lying down or crouching. The object is to find them all using as few hatchets as possible.
The Score: To get a complete tally, and be eligible for our high-scores page, you have to complete three games before the moon drops below the horizon (three minutes); after that it's daytime, and you know the rules of scary movies--nobody dies during the day.
